THE LINEAR AIR DIFFUSER MAGIC
Invi Air’s Linear Air Diffusers: Superiority over all linear vents, grilles, and registers.
In the realm of HVAC systems, Invi Air stands out as an innovator, revolutionizing air diffusers with their linear designs. The superiority of their linear Air Diffusers over traditional HVAC linear grilles, vents, and registers is not a mere claim; it’s a demonstration of enhanced performance and unparalleled aesthetics.
Air Conditioning Performance Advantages:
Reduced AC condensation
Like all their products, the linear air diffusers are non-metal, made from an innovative and proprietary composite material, which has been shown to drastically improve HVAC system performance. Compared to metal grilles, vents, and registers, it has a significantly lower response to temperature change, reducing condensation on and around the diffuser by up to 95%. That means 95% less chance of dampness damage (water droplets, cracks, mold). See Intertek report.
Reduced AC noise
Standard metal linear grilles, vents, and registers can amplify the vibration and whistle of moving air. Invi Air’s smart composite material actually absorbs sound, significantly reducing ambient noise levels by up to 50% compared to metal grilles, vents, and registers. Due to the unique composite construction and limited restrictions on the rear of the diffuser, noise is limited. They strive to design their diffusers for less than 15 NCs.
Reduced dust
No rust! Invi Air’s non-metal, linear air diffusers are made of an innovative unique composite material that will never rust. Not in a million years. Furthermore, this material will never create static electricity like metal grilles, vents, and registers do so it will accumulate significantly less dust and dirt.
HVAC Sustainability
Like all their products the linear diffusers use a smart, certified, sustainable composite material with a zero carbon emission footprint (“Green” material). This represents a huge environmental advantage over all types of metal AC distributors (steel or aluminum), which necessarily have a substantial carbon emission footprint.
Reduced costs of linear vent covers with double the CFM
Invi Air’s linear diffusers can handle around twice as much volumetric airflow (CFM) per linear foot of diffuser versus all other linear grilles and registers, so you can design for half the length of linear diffusers. The result will be less material, lower installation cost, and less ductwork, thus saving money on your project.
Aesthetics advantages:
Reduced visual clutter of linear grilles with double the CFM
The non-metal linear diffusers can handle around twice as much volumetric airflow (CFM) per linear foot versus other linear diffusers, so you can design for half the length of linear diffusers or half the width of the linear slot. The result will be half the visual clutter on your ceilings or walls, whether, for supply or return air, you will reduce the number or length of your linear diffusers.
Frameless Linear Diffusers
Invi Air’s claim to fame for installing air diffusers behind the drywall has been called a game changer. For the first time, there is no outside frame on the wall or ceiling around the diffuser, leaving only a clean linear slot, 100% flush with the plane of the surface. This groundbreaking “no-frame” technique enables architects and engineers to achieve that clean minimalistic look.
Continuous Linear Grille
The continuous linears are perfect for large spaces, running along the lines of the architectural design of the space. A linear slot diffuser that can supply air from one end and return air from the other end. The continuous linear diffusers can have supply and return plenums connected to the same slot diffuser. Typically, a blank or dummy section is placed in the middle of the two active sections.
Corner Linear Vent
With a seamless and flush-mount product, there is virtually no unnecessary visual clutter, enabling to push the Linear air diffusers all the way to the corner of the ceiling, where it meets the wall, creating the impressive visual illusion that the ceiling is a floating plane, while simultaneously eliminating any visible HVAC supply or return.
Curved Linear Diffuser
Curved linear diffusers are a fairly common request for their unique custom-made capabilities. They can design linear diffusers to match the arc of an architectural plan, perfectly hugging any curved line of any ceiling.
Lay-in Linear Diffuser For Wood
THE Lay-in for Wood model would work great for a wood ceiling. This rabbet of the diffuser is designed to sit in a matching pocket behind the wood plank to provide a sleek integrated look, appearing to have just a slot in the ceiling with no frame. This unique linear is the only architectural solution for wooden surfaces.
Stud-Level Linear Register
The Stud-Level Diffuser is a perfect option for spanning lengths of walls or ceilings where studs or joists might cross the diffuser opening. It attaches directly to the front of the studs, and using a bridging strip of 1/2″ drywall, will create a seamless look and finish, flush with the plane of 5/8″ thick drywall. No one else has Linear Stud-Level grilles, vents, or registers.
Invi Air’s commitment to performance and aesthetics showcases a dedication to innovation and design excellence. Their linear air diffusers not only elevate HVAC functionality but also redefine spaces by seamlessly integrating with architectural visions.
